A Level controller specifically designed for leveling the sliver variation in drafting M/C in Textile Industry

There are three factors namely Leveling intensity, Sliver weight and correction point. User can program these factors. The unit senses the sliver variation and corrects it based on the time set in the correction point. The unit has five inputs (one sensor I/P, two encode I/P, servo taco I/P, main motor I/P) and six outputs (one servo drive o/p, one sliver variation indicator o/p, four relay o/p). User interface is through six miniature keys and display is through 20 x 4 lines LCD.
