The Electronic Stepper Gauge is a general purpose measuring instrument offers the flexibility to act as Temperature Gauge (ETG), or Pressure Gauge (EPG) or a Fuel Pressure Gauge (FPG). The device can senses the resistance when used as ETG or EPG and senses the voltage given to it when used as FPG.

Based on a configuration the ESG acts as - operates inversely proportional ( ETG) , operates proportional ( EPG) to the resistive input. Operates proportional to input voltage (FPG).

The EMG uses Mixed Signal Controller Cypress CY8C27243 to provide the technology drive and flexibility. The measured information is visualized on a dial on which a stepper motor controlled pointer slides.
